Payments may be made either with a credit or debit card, or with a PayPal account, but it is not necessary to have a PayPal account, or to sign up for one, in order to complete payment. If you want to use a debit or credit card instead of a PayPal account, click on the small "Continue" link just above the credit card logos, in the lower left corner of the checkout page (see photo below).
 Although we pride ourselves on customer satisfaction, for your added confidence, purchases paid for with PayPal are protected with PayPal's Buyer Complaint Policy. The PayPal Buyer Complaint Policy enables buyers to file Disputes for Items Not Received (INR), or for items that are Significantly Not as Described (SNAD).
 Returns must be made within three weeks of receipt of item, and mailed in the same packaging and same condition in which it was sent. If the fault is ours, shipping cost will also be refunded.
 Item prices and U.S.A. shipping costs for each item are stated on every product description page. These are the uncombined shipping costs. Shipping is always combined whenever possible, and there are only a few items that cannot be combined. Hood blackouts cannot be combined with any other stripes (but may be combined with some small decals). Gas tank pads, intake manifold insulation, and paint cannot be combined with any stripes or blackouts, but may be combined with some small decals.
 USPS and UPS will not ship any paint or dyes to international destinations, including Canada.
 There are no hidden handling charges, or any other fees. S/H costs on this website are usually lower (and never higher) than on our eBay website, where we lose 12-15% on every order, due to fees. We are happy to pass some of the savings along to our customers. Even on our eBay site, our s/h charges often don't fully cover our shipping / insurance / packaging costs.
 Any small decals that will fit in the same envelope can be be mailed for the same cost as one small decal, but all orders of about $25.00 or more must be insured.
 Most orders under approximately $100.00, and all international orders, are shipped via USPS. Most domestic orders over approximately $100.00, are shipped via UPS, which has much better tracking and is economical on larger orders.
 International orders: Since we can never count on international s/h charges being consistent (here in Tallahassee), the charges on this website are deliberately more than we think the actual charge SHOULD be, to try to be sure that the cost is covered. The minimum shipping charge on international orders is $5.00, but if you are only ordering one or two low-cost small decals that will fit in an envelope, the actual shipping cost will be less, and you will be due a refund. We do require insurance, which is quite expensive, on all packages with a value of more than just a few dollars. You will not pay for any charges that are in excess of the actual shipping / packaging materials cost, which we will know after we have filled out the correct customs forms, and have mailed your package. Any excess charge will be refunded back into your account.
